Many of us sometimes need a little financial help to get by, whether it's money for food, utilities or an important bill. Brookwood Members regularly give their resources to help others in such need.

The Brookwood Application Review Process and Assistance Policy:
After submitting the Financial Assistance Request, applicants will receive an email with further instructions and a required budget sheet that must be completed and emailed to [email protected]. Please note that a completed application does not guarantee financial assistance.
Once those steps are finished, applicants will be contacted by a Brookwood Care Ministries representative within two business days. An appointment will be scheduled with the applicant and a Care Ministries representative to review the application and discuss next steps.
Brookwood, at its sole discretion, approves financial assistance applications based upon:
- Member engagement at Brookwood and the nature of the applicant's circumstances.
- History of financial assistance.
- How the requested assistance will serve the applicant and the mission of Brookwood Church.
- Whether the applicant is willing to participate in a multi-week experience on Financial Freedom or take specific steps to improve their circumstances, including, but not limited to, working with a financial mentor at no cost.
Brookwood will directly pay the specific company or service provider if assistance is approved. Payment is typically made within 10 business days of Care Ministries approval. The applicant will be notified of the payment date.
