How do we navigate talking with our loved ones about their wishes for life's end with grace and foresight? What documents do we all need to have in place to ensure our wishes are known and respected? Marisette Hasan, RN is the Program Coordinator at SCCSI. She'll cover challenging conversation topics, such as end-of-life wishes, advanced care directives, hospice, palliative care, setting up an ICE (In Case of Emergency) plan, and helpful resources during difficult times.
